Seems unlikely when you consider how long they took over the last one, they've even posted on their myspace page that it wont be out till 2009 (I'm assuming it was a joke but you never know...)

Neurosis and Radiohead (and maybe Primordial, dunno if that's definite yet) are the only things I can think of confirmed for next year that get me exited.

dillinger escape plan's songs are so strange with the abnormal time signatures that it probably will take til 2009 to perfect an album like that
