Far Off Grace, The God Thing, and Beyond Twilight.

Christ 0 is their masterpiece, but Beyond Daylight and The God Thing are also essential.

Overall, great band. Their heaviest is Christ 0 followed by The God Thing.

Beyond Daylight is my absolute favorite closely followed by Christ 0. Those two are totally outstanding, however the rest isn't too shabby either.

I haven't heard Spirit of Live, but I disagree on recommending a live album as someone's first album by a band

Well, if you haven't heard it, you can't really offer that opinion...sometimes live albums are the pinnacle of a band's catalog (Strangers in the Night, anyone?). I actually think Spirit of Live is a decent suggestion. The songs from FoG sound far better on the live album than the studio versions (I think the production on FoG and BD were a**....especially the gawdawful drum sound).
