First post on the UM forums. I've been lurking in the PPUSA forums for about a month now, just contemplating signing up. When I saw this thread, I figured now was the best time to do that.

I know somewhat of what you're going through. I've been getting medical bills from lots of things my wife has been needing, probably on the order of around 2k USD in the past 2-3 months. If not for her teaching an overload class and me clocking some OT at work, we'd be up a creek right now.
