out of that list either celtic frost or unexpect, but my favourite of the year was cult of luna - somewhere along the highway

Yeah I have the Cult of Luna in my top 10 as well. Killer, killer disc indeed.

But my favourite disc of the year is the new Zero Hour.

Among those albums in the list, i'd pick up Satyricon's "Now,Diabolical"...but apart from those, my favourite album of 2006 is "Reanimations" by AVULSED. Fighting spirit, passion, sweat and faultless performance. Dave's guttural comes, as usual, from the underground And the quality of recording is quite good. I also saw them in Milan last December, they kicked ass and are also cool guys. My best release for 2006
