There's a useful program called Audio HiJack that you can use to record the audio output of any other program (without picking up noise from other programs). I think you have to pay for it but you can get a trial version. Failing that, Quicktime Pro could save a movie file as a .wav file. A program called Handbrake will come in handy first.
