What album should i start with?

Dude... get Judgement. First class album and my favorite! Next is Alternative 4, then maybe Eternity. A Fine Day To Exit has a few stellar songs (Temporary peace most notably) but i'd say i don't enjoy it on a whole like the others. The Silent Enigma is really good for doomy stuff and has the ESSENTIAL A Dying Wish on it. anyway that's my thoughts

Good song, indeed, but it seems good for me to start with Judgement better than with The Silent Enigma

Nothing is 'better' actually cos all albums are different and everyone's got his own tastes. For example Judgement is a great album for you but it's the worst Anathema album for me.

i think the silent enigma is very mediocre eternity has a few great songs but the rest are so-so..judgement i never really got into no idea why..but i think pentecost III is great! same goes for alt 4 and fine day to exit..well that's just me

I still can't believe how good judgement is, I mean, i'm not bothered about the band line-up at the time, that's not the issue I just think it's bloody great, currently my favourite album of all time, hmm but that's just me
