What are green squares under our names...?

Hadnt noticed them till today!!!

That's because when Deron upgraded the server, the "reputation points" came back (the green squares). You can add to someone's reputation by hitting the box below the user name near your ONLINE NOW icon... it has a check mark and an x on it. If you want to check what kind of rep you have yourself, you can click on USER CP and scroll to the bottom to see what people have said, done, repped on, etc. Hope that helps.
