We had a shit-ton of butternut squash left over in the fridge from thxgvn, so I tossed some of it in the microwave and mixed in some cinnamon, nutmeg, a dollop of honey, a bit of brown sugar (1/2 tbsp or so,) some cyanne pepper, some salt, sunflower seeds and walnuts.



Sooo good. I probably should've showered first though. I just got home from the gym and I smell like stink...and my computer chair is soaking it all up. Gross.
