i prolly won't be going to any of the soup kitchens anymore

Drinking a "Fringante" 10% Blond beer

We have a brew house in town (which is surprising, this is a relatively small town here) and its become my go to for either starting a night of bar hoping or to have some awesome beer to pair with food. Anyways, I had my first Imperial Red Ale there recently by the name of Hazey Eyed Red-head. 11% abv on the sucker. Exceptional beer, wish I could find something comparable to it on a retail level.

Nice! One of the best 11% I tasted was this one made also in Quebec.

We should do a few beer exchange  I don't think it would be safe in the mail though...

Drinking black coffee with peanut butter toasts with marmelade :p

That looks like one tasty beer. I actually know of a couple people in the states that have had successful mail trades with people in Quebec without any damaged beer. That said, I don't know the first thing about how to go about packaging the beer.

Having some french roast coffee and sliced muenster cheese on crackers.

I could hook you up with the Big Eddy series, some local micro brews and see if the brewhouse in town would bottle some of their stuff.
