I don't think there are any bands I've seen 4 times, and there are tons of bands I've seen 3 times. Crimson Shadows and Borealis (and Anvil) are both local and two of my all-time favourites. Anvil played with Alice Cooper 3 times, but I love both, so I would have seen them either way.

I finally saw Saint at PP last year.
Will see Orodruin at DOTD this year.

It was odd, I think I saw Jag Panzer three times in less than a year.
Really took that for granted in hindsight, since they were really active there for a while around Mechanized Warfare.
