but I must be one of the few that actually likes to pick up digipacks over jewel cases, but I hardly ever use my cds anyway, I make a copy when I get it for my car, listen to the mp3s when I'm in my room, and the cd will just sit in its case on the cd rack

I've decided i actually dont mind the digipack now. I mean, at leats its not really fat and as a result doesnt fit into your cd rack. So in that respect, its pretty good. The only thing im worried about is the whole carboardy thing getting torn. That would be DISASTROUS

yeah, it just seems to me that the nex time opeth want to try something different (whatever it may be...from packaging to music, they might think twice now, although MFN may have had something to do with it...)

Yeah, as he's said, he's leaving the marketing to MFN, so it's most likely due to them that you're getting a digipack.
