i saw Edguy this thursday, which happened to be touring with Kotipelto (which i didn't know until i got there)
i didn't know shit about kotipelto, i never liked stratovarius
but i liked it, simple straight power metal without huge ambitions, but well done and with solid songs
at first the bassist was a little familiar to me... i asked some guys if they knew the bassist's name but no one had a clue
then timo presented him, he's Lauri! he was GREAT, his solo was insane haha
and his playing and sound in the kotipelto albums is really good

i'm listening to sinergy for the first time in months haha, i had forgot how good it is

and where the hell is Kim!?
