Very good.

I've been exercising since January this year and I've lost a fair bit of weight myself. Haven't been at it much the last couple though.

I started running regularly with the intention of getting in shape for City To Surf this year but I've done fuck all since I started at this job a few months ago. I heard something on the TV today about the big day coming up soon so I don't think I'll realistically be up for it in time
