well I listened again to Orion and Ktulu - I think Orion is quite good, I like some of the dynamics, but Ktulu still seems to bore me a lot.

Tough one. Both "Orion" and "Call of Ktulu" are fantastic. I also love Genghis Khan by Iron Maiden. "Dialogue with the Stars" has strong melodies, it's also up there.

But come one folks, I'm surprised no one has mentioned, "The Ultra Violence" by Death Angel? That song is a behemoth!!!!
