The other half are people who practice abstinence, the couples who fuck only with one another and never had sex with anyone else before...and people who are lucky not to get HPV when they fuck someone who has it. You don't necessarily get STD if you sleep with a person who has one.

I dunno, the way the world is working today, there is no real abstinence and faithful coupling anymore. I don't mean CHEATING, but everyone's going to test the waters before they commit.

About abstinence I don't know but faithful coupling works for me. And as I said you don't get something every time you sleep with someone with something. If not mistaken, if you sleep with someone with aids once it's 1% chances you will get it, hep C 3.3%, hep B 33.3%....The probability of course depends on your gender and your partner's gender.

The 80% statistic is apparently just for the US. I'm not sure how they come up with these numbers, since there is no general screening test for HPV in men
