After only one listen, I've got mixed feelings about this release. The sound is more contemporary and a little heavier. There is more focus on guitar than previous releases which I feel had more keys. I've got to give this one a few more listens. At this time, I feel more of a connection with earlier releases.

I like it. I wish most of the songs were a bit longer, but I really like the retro hard rock vibe they have. The best song by far is the last one, "Hold On". It could have come off a Black Bonzo album.

Hi Chris,

I played all 4 DVDs on my PC with no issues. Have not tried them on a conventional DVD player, though. It's a really excellent set if you don't mind DT's more insane moments.

I agree, Crossroad is a pretty good release! I've read where Apple Pie has been labeled as the Russian Spock's Beard. Not a bad reference point.
