Imitation of Life from ATL is pretty damn incredible.
Also love A.I.R. from "Spreading the Disease" and Deathrider from "Fistful of Metal"

Actually one of the great things about Anthrax is that Charlie normally doesn't put down some blaise, ignorable backdrop beat. He usually has some kickass drumming that adds to the song rather than just supporting what everyone else is doing which is what most drummers do.
