Pain of Salvation: My favorite band and favorite type of music: beautifully written progressive rock and metal and just about everything about them influences me.

Symphony X: for their classical writing and technical riffs/solos, Pinnella's keyboard work

Nevermore: their brutal riffs and dark compositions

Opeth: their writing skills

Enya: her atmospheric music

metallica: introducing me to metal!

Combine all of that and you get a taste of what kind of music I write and will be writing in the future.
