coil is much more esoteric and "disturbing" and even eclectic than Ulver though. not to take away from Ulver whatsoever...but coil is some very off the wall stuff...with a very vast discography.

Ocean Machine: Biomech (old versions of the album were just titled Biomech and had the artist as Ocean Machine, they changed it to Devin Townsend - Ocean Machine: Biomech later for some reason, thus you might have to look for it under both artist names)

it just struck me as odd at first you didnt mention coil. im sure there's a huge coil influence on ulver. i have seen many others even accuse ulver of ripping off coil (which i highly oppose).

why is it odd? i didnt think the Ulver <> Coil bridge was much of a mystery these days. im still inhibited at this point in helping out tubbs tbph.
