I just said other because while power metal and folk metal in general are what tickle my fancy I can't really throw many metal subgenres under the bus for any one genre.

I don't like to pick a favourite sub-genre to be honest. I just either like a Band/Artist or I don't.

I've been listening to lots of proggy stuff recently. One band that I really should love, but for some reason don't, is Haken. They tick all the right boxes, yet somehow they just leave me cold. I really don't know why
