CD or anything physical. I will never pay for digital stuff, not because I don't like digital music (actually I rip all of my cds as soon as I buy them), but because I like having a printed cd and booklet in my cd shelf

CD

-Love the smell of it.
-Enjoy actually holding something.
-Love seeing the graphics and vibe, turning it over to see the back, flipping through the lyrics, credits, and any interesting things an artist puts in there.
-With a killer mix, CD quality is aces.

Spacewave. 1 Billion Million Trillion Terabytes per song. The hard drive is a 5 mile long space station hovering over earth using a cloaking device so no one steals mah tunes. Only got 3 songs on it. One of them is not the whole thing. Sounds great, though.

CD, then I download/rip FLAC.

I mainly use the physical medium as 'backup'

My pal opened up a record store so i've been picking up vinyl too, some stuff from local punk acts that still love putting out splits etc on 7" and more. I'm on a vinyl comp too, so that's nice. (with punkassfucks 40oz. Folklore on the 'By All Means' Comp here: http://www.doyahearwe.com/)

CD or lossless digital delivery, but quite honestly, despite that feeling of opening up a CD for the first time, space here in the house is at a premium, and I've got nowhere to store the damn things, and will likely just rip them to flac or wav afterward anyway. Plus CDs at times have errors, which cause trepidation and subsequent mass murderous rage.
