I'll be first in line on the opening day of "Snakes on a Plane".
I want to see Silent Hill too, though I suspect it to be as shallow on the inside as it is stunning on the outside, quite like Gans' previous ambition "Brotherhood of the Wolves"
It was fun and impressive to watch it in the theater (even if the CGI beast was a fucking joke), but the DVD experience afterwards only highlighted the hollow acting, plodding storyline. Plus second time around I found the whole "kung-fu in the middle ages" a wee bit on the laughable side. It's a deluxe B-movie if you want, I still like it but there was room for a much darker, challenging picture.
