Which Opeth song to start with?

Easiest Opeth song on guitar, that I can think of anyway, is most definitely "Master's Apprentices" off Deliverance...Cool song too. You can probably pick it up by ear.

Closure ain't bad either, I learned that by ear, but there is a little fingerstyle picking here and there, and the middle part of the song is kinda odd, the opening riff is easy though.

Hey, AbsentFriend...play "Harvest". It's all strummed chords and you don't have any intricate riffage to deflate your confidence.

However, you do need to learn to fingerpick and work on your alternate picking (up, down, up, down, ad nauseum). After that, you should be good to go.

What is quitarpro? Because Bleak is confusing the living hell out of me!! It must be pretty easy indeed.

BTW, I'm not all that bad, but I've never learned fingerpicking (I teached myself how to play guitar, and I started off with Metallica). For example; I can play One, ...And justice (song), Master of Puppets (song), including acoustic parts. I have no problems picking with a pick. How to learn fingerpicking? Are there any rules? Or should I just go with the flow?

Start off by learning how to Travis pick. Search google for "travis picking" and you'll get many sites explaining it. Master this technique and you're already developping fingerpicking techniques. Other than that, look online for other fingerpicking exercies.

There are on real rules when it comes to it. The only problem is being able to coordinate your fingers (which is harder than you think). If you really want to get good at fingerpicking, buy a classical guitar and learn some Turina.
