What was the first concert you ever attended?

Mine was Rob Zombie w/Fear Factory and Monster Magnet back in 98 I think. The funny thing was it was my first mosh pit too and my shoe fell off! Fortunately, I got it back.

I m not sure, Europe's Prisoners in Paradise tour or A Real Dead One Iron Maiden's tour.

What i m sure of, i can hear my screams - lost with someone else's of course - on Prowler (recorded in Rome)

Nice memories :)

Dark Tranquillity 2002.

(i suppose i had been to random greek non-metal shows before, of which none i can recall).

My first concert: Metal Odyssey in 2001 with Lacuna Coil, Nevermore, In Flames and Dimmu Borgir in one evening. What an overkill! Nevermore and In Flames had a great live show.

Oh, I knew it, we spaniards have an excellent taste when it comes to music and women!! :p I love the Europe's Kee Marcello era, I would have loved to attend to that show. Was it good?

|ng.

P.D: Granada? En serio? Como de largos son tus dedos? XD

I prefer Norum and the old stuff a la 7 doors hotel (less hardrocky, more soft metal), we do have good taste but we live in spain, which means we miss the ingredients (take Gothenburg, music and girls)

We spaniards (more or less) also have outstanding humor, that's why your joke has to be translated:

Como de largos son tus dedos?
How long are your fingers?

long hair, long nick and yes the missing one was...long fingers!

Iron Maiden with the Almighty, in 1992. Now I want to scream "Iron Maaaaaiden!". :p

i have been to various concerts with my parents, i dont remebre when was the first one. Probabily Henri Des ( a french singer for children), when i was in Kindergarten.
The first concert i went to without my parents was Bryan Adams in 2002.
My first metal concert was a local band playing some AC/DC songs. And the first well know metal band that i saw was Metallica in Wechter (2004).

Henri! Henri! c'est la Pouet machine!!

I loved that show.

edit: My first concert was In Flames with Chimaira and Soilwork. I don't regret it but I'm happy I found better since then.

In Flames are awesome live. I saw the during the Unholy Alliance tour with Lamb of God, Bodom and Slayer.
Slayer was the main act but Arraya had a sore throat and they didn't sound good that evening but no one really cared because everyone was so exausted from In Flames.

My first was DT, Devildriver, Opeth.

I saw that tour too, problem is that Devildriver got stuck at the Canadian border and we only saw Opeth and DT. It's during that show that I enjoyed my 20 minutes of chat with Niklas, in the band's tour "caravan". It's the only DT related event I can somewhat brag about too.

:zombie: 20 minutes in the "caravan" you and Niklas? i thought he was straight...who knew

That's just...I wrote "chat" which is similar to "discussion" or "conversation" and definitely not similar to "intercourse" or "ass-to-mouth". My goodness. And you see penises in candles too. This forum didn't need a second plintus. :erk:

Of course it wasn't that interesting a discussion for him I guess, I was still acting like a fanboy back then but meh.
