Real tits have an upside-down V shaped spacing. Fake tits are either super round (like hers), or if the chick had implants and was really flat chested, it will look almost like a rectangle or hourglass shaped gap in between her tits.

Here's some pictures to clarify what I was saying:

Notice the upside-down V shape. These are drool worthy natural titaaaays.

Now this is a picture of drool worthy natural titaaaaays with more support.

Notice how there is no weird gap in between her tits. The only time a chicks boobs should have such a prominent roundness at the top is because of implants. Natural boobs tend to be more bottom heavy and when pushed up by a bra or other support garment they tend to be more flat on the top. God I'm good.

The size. This does not automatically imply that they are implants but they are bigger than average. This is usually what makes people wonder, but it means hardly anything.

More importantly, they are like perfectly symmetrical, very round and firm in shape - perhaps too round, they don't gradually differ in shape from top to bottom, like the usual pear form! Also notice how they are resting higher up on her chest (more so than average even if it's due in part to her bra). Especially with her cleavage look how they part from each other - the spacing and placement, and shape are dead giveaways! I doubt they even move much whe she is dancing around.
