Over 5 years ago I was hired as an assistant to this estimator dude for a masonry contractor. Since then I've pretty much become a co-estimator, instead of helping him with projects we just split them up. This could be weird, because now I have the most experience in estimating for my dept., so I'm sure my workload will triple, but maybe I'll get a big raise in 6 months if I don't fuck everything up.
