"Hellorado" by WASP???

It's such a LOUD, raw, live sounding, in-your-face metal album! So much energy! I reckon it's easily the best post-Crimson Idol album.

The only single complaint I would have with it, is the same thing Sydo has mentioned before about all the recent WASP albums which is that Blackie's vocals sound a little blurry and hard to make out what he's saying.

I haven't heard it since I left Oz, in Oct 2001, so I might just have to go and chuck it on. The Crimson Idol is in my stereo already...... I can't remember what I think of it, so will get back to you.

Helldorado, High On The Flames, Damnation Angel and maybe Saturday Night Cockfight all rock!!

My biggest problem with the album (besides the vocals) is that every other song sounds exactly the same as at least one of the above 4.

Maybe I'll dig it out today and give it another listen.

Cocaine Cowboys and Don't Cry (Just Suck) are awesome too!

I do agree that all the songs pretty much sound the same. But I don't mind really coz at least its good songs that sound the same, not crap songs that sound the same lol. I really love the "live" sounding production of it though.

The riffs in "Don't Cry (Just Suck)" sound so much like those in "Riff Raff" by AC/DC.
