Why editing in Reaper is a nightmare

I was going to make a video but I found this one which covers all the nightmares pretty thoroughly...

Please follow the links in my sig and vote that they change this I miss Reaper and until this is sorted out I have no choice but to stick with Pro Tools. Pro Tools is awesome, but I'd rather be using a 4mb piece of software with no crippled features or interface dongle. Reaper has the potential to be the ultimate DAW because of the mentality of the developers, but little things like this are making it unusable for so many of us

Haha I don't think so but still.

Nevermind, it's rapist anyway, not raper.

That being said, all that criticism is well-founded. Loving Reaper, having that stuff fixed instead of minor changes that don't really change anything would make it the ultimate DAW.

For what it's worth, I am in the process of developing some macros and workflows that will circumvent this behaviour. I will keep everyone posted.

Already voted sometime ago :l I think Reaper developers have a pretty good mindset on things, but they don't seem to care about this kind of stuff
