Why the hell would this happen and can I fix it? (cubase 5)

Spent says working on this project, went to open another file, accidentally dragged the folder into another, oops, cntrl + z that shit, open a file and everything EVERYTHING is at 0db (- infinity) and panned to the left and all of the inserts are GONE. WTF?

Can this be reversed?

Okay reatarted comp and my drums file is normal but my other ones are still fucked. They are in the same folder
