That's kind of a stupid question... (a good, but stupid one). Well, I can't say all the reasons why I love them, just because there are too many. I'll try my best though:
-Jaska is one of the best drummers I've ever heard (aside from John Bohnam).
-Alexi and Roope/Alexander are the few greatest guitarists.
-Henkka is the greatest bassist.
-And Janne is the greatest keyboard I've ever heard!
-Their music has their own sound, rather than sounding like everyone else.
-Alexi has the greatest vocals I've ever heard...
-I just flat out love the whole band...
Man I can't name everything... are you kidding? It's impossible! (If anything, it'd take at least a month to write everything)!

I think there's something in their music that is not found in anything else. I can't really explain it.. (or well I do have a stupid theory about it but no one sure wants to hear it, so let's just leave it alone.)
Some of the songs, like We're not gonna fall to mention one, just make me rise over the whole mankind and feel that nothing in this world can ever stop me from doing what I want to.
And damn those guys know how to play! They make it look so easy... And I just have to particulary mention Janne. Just.. Is it possible to play like that?? and to look that hot at the same time?
And damn I feel weird when I'm talking like this, finns are not made for giving respect to other people.

yeah,definitely agree.There's no other band(that I've heard so far) that plays like them. Especially the DVD proves that to me:They're a fucking live band and that's what makes a good metal band!

The top-notch songwriting. Even their newer albums, while not as technical or neo-classical, display some very well-written tunes.

They've made a genre of metal all their own, classify them and you'll find that the sound doesn't completely fit the classification.

Now if that isn't an amazing feat I don't think I'll ever see one.
