Some time ago, someone had written in this forum that back in '99 when Alexi was in Impaled Nazarene and they played a gig in Mexico-City, he "got all sick". And indeed, on the official COBHC site he says that his worst experience on stage was "The COB/Impaled show in Mexico City in fever and puking from the 1st set to the encore". BUT WHY PLAY A GIG WHEN YOU'RE THAT SICK???? I wouldn't do it. WHY...JUSTWHY??????

show must go on... last show with my band i was fucking sick too.... puking all over the place but you cant say just before the show starts: i feel sick i can't play....

Btw I know of bands who cancel gigs when one of the musicians is sick.
Okay I understand I'm ambitious too and I also paint and study when I'm sick but I wouldn't risk spewing in public...omfg too embarassing...

well done to the guy for going on with it..but fuck I know I couldnt play anything remoteley hard when I was ill, let alone play a show on a stage which is exhausting anyway
