I'm gonna go against the grain here and say that I don't think it's a good idea at all for you to make fun of your friend. If you do... he'll feel like he needs to hide his fetish (if he isn't already) and then he'll develop a complex which will in turn shut him off from expressing his feelings about any woman at all, and eventually he'll just become a hermit that does nothing but sit at home in the dark watching fat Mexi-porn while he eats Cheetohs and drinks Nestle Strawberry Milk. You'll lose your friend to these fat Mexicans you're making fun of.

If you don't make fun of him, he'll think it's ok to like fat Mexi-porn and in turn, he'll be more open about it which will result in lots of other people making fun of him instead of you. Then you'll have a choice... you can sit back and laugh at how hilarious it is that he tells everyone about his fetish and then gets made fun of for it. You won't have to do any work at all and you won't lose your friendship. OR you can take the really stupid route and be there for your friend when he gets upset that everyone else is making fun of him.
