I don't have the proper version of Netscape(4.7 required I think) or Explorer(5.5 required I think) to be able to apply online for college. That's fuckin' wicked gay!
Now I have to drag my stupid ass to school during exam week(which I was finished with the first day and glad to not have to go there for 9 days) to apply! GAY!! That's so fucking gay!
FUCK THE SYSTEM!!! GOD DAMN IT!!?

oh yah, 'cause my comp is complete shit(thats a gross understement) and can barely run anything as it is. This would give my computer a stroke.

do you have a job or any sort of credit? I don't know if they do business in canada but http://www.peoplepc.com/ is an option I know some people are very pleased with. for under 30 dollars US per month they'll be selling you a pc, basically, and internet access is included.
that is less than what many people I know pay for just internet access anyway.
maybe the one big hitch is that you have to sign some sort of agreement to commit to a certain obligation of months.
