dream theater is actually pretty damn good. i like some albums (Six Degrees, I&W) a lot more than others (Train of Thought), but i enjoy the band for chill out moments.

and why didnt anyone tell me post Judgment Anathema was fucking awesome? Weather Systems and We're Here Because We're Here are phenomenal

I never liked that band but once every 5 years someone makes me listen I think "hey that's pretty cool" but then inevitably something will kill my enjoyment.

I was finally going to give that Botanist album a listen this morning but instead I put on Det Som Engang Var and fried up some polish sausage. Hmm. Oops.

I love all other Celtic Frost, although I have never heard Cold Lake or Vanity/Nemesis.
