No, I'm not talking about the Japanese mafia. There's this metal/hardcore band called Yakuza and they're pretty creative and quite unique. I think you'll dig this band if you like Mike Patton's music and bands like Candiria.

I have the song Chicago Typewriter and think it is quite kool.For some reason it reminds me of old school Soundgarden mixed with a bit of Noisecore.I like.I'd be interested to hear the album.
Thier vocalist uses the saxophone in their songs. No metal band ever does that.

Saxophone?? listen to amorphis!! or maybe Dream theaters's images and words, well, maybe the vocalist dosen't play the sax, but is the same, and the sax sounds better on those bands, ... anyway, yakuza is shit, if you want i will give you my album

I got their album from a friend who lives in the States. I didn`t know anything about them before and when I looked at the cover I expected some true metal band
But I really enjoy their music and it may has a place among on my list of the best albums 2002.
