You English Blokes........

Well, I have english friends from down there and yes, they do talk like that. Movies have maybe over animated it, but its certainly not a false representation of how they speak.

yes, i know what you mean. i have an english friend that lives in london's east end and has that cockney accent. one time he said "i just ran over a denis!" haha i just responded with "was it flattened like a pancake?"
i wonder what it actually means...

My accent is closer to cockney than brum. I inherited it from my parents who were born in London.

So you're not brum :(

Dude, see the pic on the right of your signature? Got that in full video?

i am from birmingham. Born in Solihull which is the posh *ahem* bit. But had to put up with an annoying accent for all my life. No i havent got the video but i am searching for it!!!

haha i was born in california, usa and people think i have a non american accent. its funny. i do mess with accents all the time though :)
my parents are from eastern europe but people were convinced i had a faint english accent when i spoke normally hahha. crazy shit, eh?

i wonder if all those years of listening to various bands from the uk, watching movies/tv shows, and knowing people from the uk rubbed off on me? hahaha

I'm from england

the worst thing about england is the Geordie accent. If theres any British people here, you'll know what I mean.

A meeting with a Geordie = certain grammatical death.

for example:
"yerr wotevah mingah like totally like you know what I mean like"
