Your Favourite Concert

Hmmm. This is tough, cause I have seen lots and lots of shows.

It would be easier for me to go by decades:

80's - This is a tie, Maiden on Numbers tour and Priest on Screaming. Cannot, well will not, try and say which was better. Literally saw 500-600 shows during 82-90, so many kickass shows, so little memory......

90's - Two shows again, Metallica and Queensyche, tour was Justice and Mindcrime. Don't care how bad Met sucks donkey dicks now, this show SLAYED. Second show was Pantera and White Zombie, WZ was on first and I have often described this show as a heavy metal carnival. The visual was 99% close to absolute overload. Then Pantera came out, in total contrast to WZ, all they had was a WALL of Randall's and a drum set, with just the guys onstage. The sound was so fucking brutal, fuck me, beyond anything that had come out before it. Testament in Houston is a very close second.

00's - Nevermore in Dallas, there were only about 30 people in the club. I was about 5 feet from Jeff the whole show and took it as a personal guitar lesson. At the end of the show everyone jumped onstage with the band and rocked out. 2nd place - Seeing Testament on the Gathering tour, OMFG.

Latest and Greatest show = Nevermore @ Jaxx. Just the fact that we had 15+ Neverboarders at this show, and we hung out with the guys after the show. One for the ages...

Pfffffft!! I went to see them on that tour and all I got was an improv blues jam.

Probably...

-Blind Guardian
-the third time I saw Porcupine Tree, and they played a set of new material
-the first time I saw DragonForce at the Pound...the entire place was packed and the band had so much energy. It was crazy.

Im not trying hard to remember the years, but...

- Rush (for the first time ever in Brazil)
- Nevermore (2006)
- Savatage (Poets & Madmen tour)
- Sepultura (2006)
- Rage (2005)
- Gotthard (2006)

Judas Priest & Whitesnake, Rotting Christ were also cool.

And there was this underground band once, Nephasth - from the southern part of Brazil - and their show was like a kick in the nuts. Real fukkin' amazing.

Arch Enemy (2003) was fucking awesome, they went downhill by there though

Nightrage (2006) was hell of a show
