I chose Jason Becker, just because all the other choices were too obvious. Besides, I've been listening to Speed Metal Symphony alot lately.

From that list Romeo for sure but i wish he did a jazz-fusion album like Howe or Holdzworth

But if it were what I thought the "best" guitarist was, I'd have voted Vai.

The selection's a bit random. Big names like Petrucci next to obscure guys like Conrad Simon. Why not just say pick a name from the guitar9 catalogue? That's fairer than just naming the shredders that you know.

I'd probably say Romeo, although it's an incredibly difficult question. Maybe he'd tie with Johan Reinholdz, John Petrucci and Tore Ostby.
