This was my introduction to the Scorpions. Everything about this album is perfect from the song selection & the overall recording.

Devin Townsend's The Retinal Circus along with Live at the Royal Albert Hall are my current favorites. Amazing performances.

Great choice! Also the Canned Heat performance from Woodstock is so good.

Love that one, but I'll be honest there's some other stuff I prefer more from them, where Henry and Alan, just go off. Fucking blues rock insanity, if they played any meltier or intensely on some of those things, they'd have become one with the Earth's mantle. The solos are just ungodly.
