B.B. King's Live at the Regal, Live In Africa '74, and Live at Cook County Prison, Ted Nugent's Double Live Gonzo and Intensities In 10 Cities, AC/DC's show on Rock Goes to College, Motörhead's No Sleep 'Til Hammersmith, MC5's Kick Out The Jams, James Brown's Live At The Apollo (and most James Brown live shows in general, if I'm being honest), Judas Priest's Unleashed In The East, Black Sabbath's Live In Paris 1970, Elvis' 1968 Comeback Special, Led Zeppelin's Live At Royal Albert Hall 1970, a lot of various Stones and Who shows, bootleg or otherwise, The Who's appearance on The Smother Brothers, Ten Years After at Woodstock, a lot of various Hendrix shows, Deep Purple's show at Cal Jam, just for a few.

Love that one, but I'll be honest there's some other stuff I prefer more from them, where Henry and Alan, just go off. Fucking blues rock insanity, if they played any meltier or intensely on some of those things, they'd have become one with the Earth's mantle. The solos are just ungodly.

My overall favourite is definitely

Kari Bremnes - Live

But since others mentioned more than one, I'll also add a few:
Mari Boine - eallin
Mother's Finest - Live (I like their Rockpalast-concert from 1978 better, but I don't know if DVDs may also be included here)
Tori Amos - Saint and Sinner (a bootleg)

Best bonus disc of all-time was Vio-lence's Live @ Slim's off of the Eternal Nightmare reissue..
