3-either Rage-from the cradle to the stage,or Death's live in LA(even with the crappy quality i like it better than most of the high quality dvds out there)

Not really metal, but the first G3 DVD (Vai, Satch & Johnson) is incredible. Eric Johnson's 'Manhattan' is really really great.

Last one is a toss-up between G3 with Yngwie and Vai's "Live at the Astoria London." ...Does the Vai one count as metal? It could really be more of a rock thing. Meh, whatever.
