My mistake. I meant better than GHUA and DiM. Christ Illusion was a great album. But I think that World Painted Blood is a good synthesis of elements of Christ Illusion with the more faster elements of older albums.

I actually like the album a lot, although some of the riffs are too simple in my opinion. Nevertheless a big step forward since their last albums.

I haven't heard all the songs yet, but I like the new album. Max vocals are great (as usual) and I haven't heard Marc Rizzo this good before. Great songs. When I listen to Paranoia, it looks a bit like Testament. Fall of Cycophants reminds me of Kreator.

I don 't know if the new album of Soulfly is already for sale, and I haven't heard any song of it yet, but I hope Max writes better lyrics this time. I like Soulfly a lot, but saying fuck, shit, motherfucker all the time and repeating everything twice doesn't make the lyrics good. My opinion...

I didn't listen to all the songs on their myspace yet, but it reminds me a lot about The Gathering (which was a kickass album). I'm glad Skolnick is back in the band.

I only listened to the "King of the Kill" album. The solo's were very good, even the slower songs were good.

I've tried playing: Troops of Doom (Sepultura) Arise (Sepultura) Left to Die (Death) Slowly We Rot (Obituary) I can't play them fast, though. If I had some more time, I'd make some progress. Can someone make a video of Arise? I can't play that rif before max says 'I see the world ...'.
