I found out you can actually buy a real ticket. You have to do so at a "Primera" shop. I bought mine there today

I don't know if they ship anything at all. I think you can only go and buy it at the actual shop yourself. But you already have a ticket anyways...
or they do it like in England ticketmaster says: you can pick them up at in time the ticket box at the venue *still shaking head*
