caught this tour on the first go-around a few years ago. i thought it was really great (aside from i wish gilmour was there of course) and would love to see some other floyd classics get that start-finish treatment. dark side + wish you were here, OR wish you were here + animals would be pretty fucking amazing, but for those i guess we would really need ole roger and david to get along and that probably is never ever going to happen

what were your thoughts on the show?

Pretty much the most profound and mind-melting spectacle I've ever experienced legally. WAAAAAYYYY better than I expected. My burnout uncle heartily approved as well, and he caught 'em on the DSOTM tour in London when he was still doing acid.

that's awesome. my friend caught the NYC show this summer and said that it was the best show he's ever seen (even with the 95 degree heat). wish i had gone, oh well. i have peter gabriel tickets for october though, something good on the horizon at least.
