I bought last fair deal gone down yesterday and teargas is number 5 and I Transpire is number 4 but they both have the right names, whats going on?

it may be something like one of those russian cds/pirate copies circulating, or a rare glitch (which i doubt but would like to have 
)

Everything is spot on with the album art and all that, its when I play it on my cd player the songs arent in the right order, I have tried it with a lot of cd players and its all the same!
