I'm just wondering how us non-paypal people who are from across the pond (re: America) shall be paying. Can I send the good man Dan a check? Or cash? Can I have an addy to send it to if so?

He should play in New York City. Just so he can say he played in New York City. Because NYC is cool. And I can go see Dan play.
