If you want people to listen to your opinion (which I stress because I'm not sure that you realize it is only that), then you shouldn't criticize someone or something by calling it/him/her "gay." It doesn't really express any sort of objective point, and it makes it sound like you're just bashing Anders for the sake of it, which seems to be the new fad.

Bjorn switched to guitar on Colony, he played drums on Whoracle and was a what...session drummer during TJR.

Yes I believe you are right.. I didn't know he didn't play guitar on whoracle.. now it's even more my belief that he changed them

Why is everyone blaming Anders????? Do you really know what happened???? were you part of the writing process?????....is all just speculation. I think Anders has been a huge part of In Flames and all the bashing against him it's really unfair . They are a band and any change in their sound I think that has been a collective decision. If you like it or not that's another story. imo R2R is a great album.

actually yes, i remember the day the guys invited me to the cabin for pre production. We played lots of Twister. Then Jesper came up with this amazing blast beat riff ala Food for the Gods and Graveland...but than low and behold here comes Anders raving how he wants the band to quit focusing on guitars. He made Jesper cry cause he wouldnt let him use the riff...I was pretending to be asleep but I saw him use his portable brainwashing machine on all the guys to get them to agree that catchy choruses should now be the focus.

Since that day I've always been against Anders.

most of you throw shit to the new in flames style... its ok, its your opinion. But what about the bands opinion???... they have the right to do whatever they want to do with their music. If you don't like the new "In Flames", move on, keep listening to the older stuff... But don't act like if In Flames own us something.

And i must say... Ander's voice its ONE of the In Flames signature... and i think its amazing.

Anders is the one person from the band I haven't talked to, so I'm not sure what he's like. But I'm pretty sure Bjorn isn't trying to change the music style to make more money, and Jesper sure as hell isn't.

My thoughts exactly. I just think too many people just assume that a change in style means they want more money. As you said, it's unfair to judge them.
