Oh fleshgod apocalypse...

I remember when this album was released and thinking holy shit this is fucking awesome brutal death metal, with just a little something to make them unique. Then Mafia came out and it was awesome too and I'm thinking they were going to be one of the best brutal death metal bands, ever... Then they were signed to nuclear blast and everything changed. Now the symphonics dominate their sound and the metal is no longer brutal. It's closer to something black/death. I can't listen to Agony and now Labyrinth either. I'm not saying they're bad, I know a lot of people eat up their new sound but I can't help feeling they betrayed their original fans a little bit, just for a little bit of fame.

Oh we'll, tl;dr whiny brutal death metal guys likes old fga better.

Really odd sounding brutal/technical dm. No slam to be found here, if curious.

Sickening horror - when landscapes bled backwards

Yeah I really like the one I posted. I think it's a bit less technical or at least weirder sounding than tdee, it's a good album but I go for the more brutal stuff I think.

At first, didn't think this was as good as HB but this album seriously grew on me. Graveyard is one of the few bands that I actually pay attention to the lyrics because they are just so well written.

But the gold tooth in the devil's smile,
I walked the white road a thousand times,
Never led me anywhere."
