I've been following this band since its inception. For the life of me I don't know what you call their style but it's all just very interesting to me. Like them more since Jex left.

I found KISS on my own through the magic medium that is television commercials. When I was nine, I saw the commercial for their solo albums (do the math, heh heh!) and it instantly warped my young fragile mind. There was no turning back and metal was just a logical progression, or quest for the heavy. As they came along, I devoured the next heavy thing over and over. It’s easy to go from Kiss to Black Sabbath (who I discovered a couple of years after Kiss) to Iron Maiden to Venom to Slayer to Mantas/Death to…..

What motivated you to get into metal?

Just my infatuation with heavy music. It started when I got hooked on KISS in 1978 and has only progressed since then. Also being exposed to ‘Rubber Soul’ and ‘Revolver’ by the BEATLES as small child got an early interest in psychedelia cooking.

They are redundant anyway since it is followed by the letter 'R'. I understand the premise of them doing it, but it annoys me every time I see it.

How does the letter 'R' make it redundant? Umlaut has nothing to do with R-colored vowels.

To TB's credit: The way some people respond to his posts, they don't do themselves any favors with not escalating shit. People who respond are equally as guilty because it tends to goad him into responding even more fervently.
