Anyone familiar with a 15 track (12+3) reissue of Sacrifice's Torment in Fire?

I have the Marquee issues of Forward To Termination and Soldier Of Misfortune. They seem like good reissues, but I mostly got them just for the main albums. But now I am on a quest to get their first release, and I see a 15 track version on eBay. So bootleg, eh? Any idea of the quality of it or who put it out? I'll probably just wait to find the Marquee or the original.
