in the beginning of that song a guy calls out a finnish name 'Leila' and says something like "where are you?". she says "im here!" (and it sounds like she's in some well).. and he answers "well fuck you then!"

"Jatkoklubi" is an afterparty
"Ovet" means the doors (the doors open at...)
And you got the ticket thing right.

About the distance between Kaisaniemi and Nosturi... I've got no clue, since I'm from Tampere and I don't know Helsinki that well

Kaiseniemi -> Nosturi should be about two kilometers or something. (I've never been to Helsinki, but I've been studying the maps intensively lately as I'm going to Tuska as well.) If you want you can just take a look at the map yourself. It's my "modified" one - Kaisaniemi Puisto is number 1 and Nosturi is number 2.
